These Terms of Use apply to the website sudokupower.app of VectorSpan UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Sandhauser Str. 20, 13505 Berlin (hereinafter "VectorSpan", "we"). For our mobile apps (including Sudoku Power), the terms of the respective app store (Apple App Store) as well as any terms displayed in-app additionally apply. This website serves to inform about our products; a contract for apps is concluded exclusively through the respective store.
2. Subject of the Offer
This website provides information about the products and services of VectorSpan and links to the respective download or store pages. The content is created with care, but no claim to constant availability or error-free operation exists.
3. Permissible Use
When using this website, it is particularly prohibited: to access the website or individual contents in an automated manner that interferes with regular operation; to bypass security measures or test the website for vulnerabilities without prior consent; to reproduce, distribute, or make publicly available contents in an unlawful manner.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — in particular texts, graphics, logos, and design — is protected by copyright and is the property of VectorSpan or the respective rights holders. Any use beyond the statutory limits requires prior written consent.

This website contains links to external offers of third parties (e.g. app stores). We have no influence on their content and availability; the respective provider is solely responsible for them. At the time of linking, no illegal content was recognizable.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and in accordance with the Product Liability Act. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Otherwise, liability is excluded. Liability for damages arising from injury to life, limb, or health remains unaffected.
7. Amendment of the Terms
We reserve the right to adapt these Terms of Use with effect for the future, for example in the event of changes to our offer or the legal situation. The version published on this page at the time of use applies.
8. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the state in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
